Nisha Wadhwa, introvert, began her life as a child. Her hobbies as a kid were anything artsy, including creating horrific paintings and absurd dance moves.

 

She always had a love for words and “the stage”.

 

 

Thankfully, she grew out of reading the dictionary and managed to complete an engineering degree. She found employment as a software developer in 2006.

She transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst and realized she could use her love for words to convey judgmental thoughts on software applications (and people) in a professional manner.

Life did not go as planned for Nisha Wadhwa. She concluded that waiting for the perfect circumstances to start writing again was a dumb idea. Besides, her career in the IT industry taught her a lot about leadership, culture and life.

​

She now holds the view that all branches big and small, weak and strong, are required for a tree to thrive. Integrating all facets of one’s life and radiating the end result is a good strategy to garner influence.

 

She currently manages a team of Business Analysts across 2 locations for a global IT company while attempting to quench her desire for an audience.
